For the first time in this young CFL restart, football is back in the East. The Toronto Argonauts will be the first East division team to host a game in 2021 when the Blue Bombers come to town Saturday.

The reigning Grey Champions are rolling to start the season, Winnipeg quarterback Zach Collaros has thrown 4 touchdowns against just one interception through the first two weeks. But it has been the play of the Bombers defense that has stolen the show, they've only given up 13 points total this season. Last week, Winnipeg forced Argos quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson to the sideline making way for recent free-agent acquisition Nick Arbuckle to take the reigns for the rest of the game. Arbuckle will now get his first start at quarterback with Toronto Saturday against the Bombers.

As for the 1-1 Argos, last week was a struggle against Winnipeg however the boatmen did have some success on the ground. John White ran for 111 yards on just 12 carries along with a touchdown but the inconsistency of the passing game proved to be the difference in the contest. The Argos also slowed down Bombers running back Brady Oliveira and held him to just 29 yards rushing despite the loss. Oliveira torched the Ticats in the season opener with 126 yards on the ground.

The betting line for this Argos, Bombers matchup has been all over the place, it opened with Winnipeg -5 in most spots but some books set the line at Winnipeg -7. Regardless, the line movement has gone in favor of Toronto but it seems like a great spot to pick the better team laying a field goal.

The total has also been something to watch, it's climbed three points to 45 from earlier this week. Considering WInnipeg's great defense and the Bombers not eclipsing 20 points this season, it may be a spot to jump on a questionable line and grab the under.
